Red Tea - Oolong Tea

The red teas commonly known as Oolong teas are picked between late summer and early autumn. It has the second highest caffeine level next black tea leaves. It's a wonderful tea as the weather starts to cool off going into Fall and into winter seasons. A well known famous Oolong tea is Ti-Qwan-Yin mild smoked tea named after the region where goddess of mercy Quan Yin comes from. Oolongs are commonly produced in the Fujian province of China and on the island of Taiwan, formerly called Formosa, from which one of the more famous oolong teas is named. 

Steep for 2-4 minutes, 195°F
