Shipping & Handling

We do our best to ship your orders within 4 working business days however we do not guarantee the delivery by certain date for such reasons as back order items. If we are not able to ship your order within 4 working business days, we will notify you via email and/or by phone for your instruction. We ship via UPS or FedEx to Street addresses. 

We are not responsible for delays or lost goods once the orders are shipped to a correct address. Tracking numbers will be provided upon shipping.

Some of your orders may be shipped directly from our vendors in which case delivery time might vary from vendors to vendors. And again, if there is a delay in shipping your orders, we will notify you. 

Please note that most orders including via overnight can take up to 4 days or more to be shipped out. If you must receive your order within certain days, please contact us prior to placing your order for availability.

Additional fees may apply to items that are over sized and/or require special handling such as furniture and extra heavy items. In such cases, we will notify you with the additional amount for your approval prior to charging your cc for the additional amount due.

Return Policy for:

Defective Items and un-opened items:

Please examine your goods carefully right away for all claims must be made within 2 days of receiving the goods. And save original shipping boxes and packing materials that the goods came in for insurance purposes.

Each case may have a different return procedure on how and where they will be returned to. Please email care@senseofpeace.com for an instruction and where to send the returning items to.

For Non Defective and opened Items:

We accept returns within 25 days from the receipt of the goods delivered. The goods must be in the same condition as it was received. We do not accept the goods that have been used, and/or have odors such as cigarette smoke or perfumes and other scents that would prevent us from reselling them. 

Opened items must be carefully packed back to the same way as they were using the same packing materials. We reserve the right to examine the returned goods before issuing any refunds. Once approved for refunds, they will be made on the same credit cards that were used at the time of purchases. This process will take normally 2 to 3 weeks after we receive the returned goods.

Unacceptable returns will be sent back to the customers at their expense.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping in either direction. In case of exchange of the goods such as different sizes and so on, we will charge your credit card for shipping of the exchanged goods. 

All returns of non defective items must be shipped to Sung Lee, 457 Kelly Ave. Half Moon Bay, CA 94019 with a copy of your receipt. The returns made to another address will not receive a refund.  Regardless of where your orders were shipped from, all returning items must be shipped to this address in Half Moon Bay with a copy of receipt to ensure a proper credit.
